CRM Assistant - External Asset Managers
Finders is looking, on behalf of our client -private bank, for a CRM Assistant to support the External Asset Managers desk. This role is an integral part of the Client Relationship Managers' team, combining operational, administrative, and compliance responsibilities while ensuring a smooth client experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to Client Relationship Managers in commercial and administrative matters
- Handle account openings, closures, and related documentation
- Manage retrocessions and commission processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings and events
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
- Execute, monitor, and control client instructions (payments, securities trading, static data changes, etc.)
- Monitor credit lines and investment maturities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative issues
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance, Banking, or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in Private Banking
- Excellent MS Office skills; knowledge of Avaloq is an asset
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and prioritization mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders
- High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethics
- Fluency in English and German
