Responsibilities:

Provide support to the team responsible for member and affiliate services.

Prepare routine documents, letters, presentations, and surveys, and maintain templates.

Assist in organizing and coordinating the semi-annual event for young professionals.

Provide administrative support for member and affiliate services, including managing standards orders with the Finance department, tracking affiliate participation statistics, organizing meetings between new affiliate representatives and regional directors, and ensuring meeting documents are up to date.

Coordinate the secondment program, including contacting the IEC Secretariat, preparing calls for secondment applications, and collaborating with HR to prepare documents for secondees.

Support the launch of member information sessions in 2026 by compiling content, organizing speakers, and preparing briefing notes.

Assist the Director of the Asia-Pacific Regional Center with administrative tasks, including managing the Asia-Pacific Cooperation Forum (APCF) and setting up a new structure to organize APCF documents.

Prepare regional meetings with affiliates from the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, coordinating dates, researching and proposing topics, and managing meeting documents.

Familiarize with best practices in related processes and work areas and perform tasks in line with IEC strategic objectives and rules.

Perform any other tasks requested by the supervisor, in accordance with IEC values and competency model.
Requirements:

Fluent in English (C2)

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Experience in event coordination and stakeholder support is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
