We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across all EMEA regions, managing all related processes, deadlines, and post-payroll activities while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional teams, contribute to process improvements, handle payroll queries, and collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.

Description
As a Junior EMEA Payroll Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the coordination of monthly payrolls across multiple EMEA countries

Ensuring payrolls are delivered on time and accurately

Organizing and processing payroll data in a structured and compliant manner

Assisting in the management of payroll deadlines and monthly payroll tasks

Supporting post-payroll activities such as reporting, payments, and reconciliations
-
Handling employee payroll queries and escalating when necessary
-
Maintaining up-to-date payroll procedures and documentation
-
Assisting with payroll-related projects within HR Operations

Supporting internal and external audits with required payroll data and reports
-
Ensuring confidentiality and security of payroll information

Collaborating effectively with HR, Finance, and other internal teams
-
Assisting in maintaining strong relationships with external payroll providers

Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and systems integration
Profile

Experience in a similar payroll role, ideally with outsourced payroll providers

A collaborative team player who can also work independently

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to interact confidently with external vendors and colleagues at all levels

A structured, process-driven mindset with strong planning capabilities

Proactive problem-solving skills when facing new challenges

Highly organized, able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently

Comfortable working with various software systems and proficient in spreadsheets/formulas
