PMO / Strategy Consultant - Transformation Programme (m/f/d)
Location: Geneva, Duration: 5 months
The Role
We are looking for consultants (2-5 years' experience) to support a large-scale organisational transformation programme within a complex international environment.
You will provide analytical, PMO, and coordination support to a central strategy team, helping drive cross-functional initiatives and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support (modelling, business cases, data synthesis)
- Structure complex problems and support strategic decision-making
- Support PMO activities (tracking milestones, risks, reporting)
- Develop high-quality presentations and executive materials
- Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders
- Contribute to change management and stakeholder engagement
Your Profile
- 2-5 years' experience in consulting, PMO, or transformation programmes
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills (data analysis, modelling)
- Experience preparing executive-ready presentations (PowerPoint)
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Experience in international organisations or public sector is a plus
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
