• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals across Geneva and Dubai.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational design and change management.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and mobility programs.

Profile

• 8+ years of HR experience, ideally in investment, finance, or international environments.
• Strong understanding of Swiss.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in scaling HR processes in growing organizations.
