Are you a legal expert passionate about shaping HR strategies and resolving complex employment matters?
We're seeking a Legal Consultant to provide high-level advisory services on employment law and HR-related issues for a leading international organization. This is a unique opportunity to influence policies, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance in a dynamic, global environment.
Your Responsibilities- Advise on HR policies, rules, and procedures, ensuring alignment with international standards.
- Provide legal analysis and support for employment-related grievances, internal appeals, and cases before administrative tribunals.
- Guide processes related to performance management, misconduct investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Counsel on organizational restructuring, medical leave, and data protection matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, practical legal solutions.
- Draft clear, precise legal documents and reports for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in employment law within international organizations, law firms, or corporate legal departments.
- Expertise: Proven track record in HR policy development, dispute resolution, and compliance with international administrative law.
- Education: Advanced law degree (JD or equivalent); additional certifications in employment or international law are a plus.
- Skills: Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities; adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Languages: Fluency in English required; French highly desirable.
