Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects and programs throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure alignment with organisational strategy and objectives
• Manage scope, timeline, resources, and budget changes
• Provide reporting and visibility at portfolio level
• Coordinate interdependencies between multiple projects
• Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and controls
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners

Profile Requirements

• Higher education in IT, Information Systems, or related field
• Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, Hermes, or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects and programs
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
• Solid experience with budget management, risk management, and change management
• Good knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset
