Payroll Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Geneva Area | Start: September 2026 | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations while supporting process improvement and transformation initiatives in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
• Support process optimization, system enhancements, and change initiatives.
• Develop and maintain clear payroll procedures and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational excellence.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years' payroll experience, ideally across public and private sector environments.
• Strong experience balancing BAU payroll operations with project and process improvement work.
• Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives with HR teams and end users.
• Structured, proactive problem-solver with a positive, adaptable mindset.
• Comfortable using AI tools and Microsoft Copilot.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.

Contract: 6 months
Start Date: September 2026
