Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you manage a multidisciplinary team and work closely with all stakeholders. As part of the executive management, you ensure the proper functioning of the accounting and finance department as well as the treasury and cash management. You guarantee the exactness and relevance of complex financial and tax analyses. You are the reference person for all strategy and financial management related issues towards the Board of Directors. You provide the necessary data and documentation for the reporting, and maintain fruitful relationships with auditors and various financial partners.
Your Profile:
With a university degree or business school education specializing in corporate finance, you have solid professional experience in financial analysis and tax treatment. You excel at interpreting complex financial data and trends, and you enjoy communicating in a simple and effective manner. Beyond your technical expertise and analytical rigor, your open-mindedness and pragmatism allow you to maintain a comprehensive overview. You possess recognized interpersonal skills and work with a focus on long-term development. Discretion and humility are among your main qualities. Likely a native French speaker, you master English and ideally German.
