Your responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service (Commercial) function.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with SCM and Finance
- Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionality, and support resolution tracking.
- Support / represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and background on SAP and IT // Could be someone who worked several years for and on SAP
- Experienced admin professional; hands-on mindset.
- English fluent/native - German nice to have
