The Management Office department at EHL plays a central role in aligning the institution's strategic vision with operational execution. It oversees cross-functional coordination, ensuring that administrative processes, governance, and strategic initiatives are effectively implemented across departments. The mission of the Intranet Content Manager is to design and sustain an intranet experience that is intuitive, engaging, and valuable for the EHL community. You will apply strong UX principles to content creation, ensuring that intranet pages are not only visually appealing but also guide users clearly and effectively through their journeys. Collaborating across departments and stakeholders, you will help create a digital environment that reflects the same dynamism and warmth found on campus.
What will you do?
- Design and structure intranet pages with a user-first mindset, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and functionality across devices.
- Manage and update intranet content with consistency in tone, layout, and brand alignment.
- Partner with teams across HR, IT, Academics, Marketing, and more to translate needs into well-designed digital experiences.
- Coordinate page launches and updates with clear editorial and publishing processes.
- Support internal contributors by providing training and guidance on best practices in digital content and user journeys.
- Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve navigation, usability, and overall intranet engagement.
Who are you ?
- You have a degree in communications, digital media, UX design, or a related field.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in content management or digital communications, ideally with intranet or internal platforms.
- You have strong UX sensibilities and experience crafting clear and efficient user journeys.
- You are confident using CMS platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and understand the technical basics of user navigation and accessibility.
- You have excellent writing skills and the ability to structure content clearly and effectively.
- You are proactive, collaborative and service-oriented.
- You are known for your ability to simplify complex information.
- You are fluent in English (C1), French is a strong asset.
