As Business Manager for HR, you will work closely with the Global Head of HR to drive strategic priorities, strengthen the execution of HR initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination across the HR organisation. You will play a central role in structuring, organising, and delivering high?quality project work - with a strong emphasis on clear storytelling, executive?ready presentations, and cross?functional collaboration.

Missions
This role requires someone who brings a consulting?like mindset, excels at project structuring, and is comfortable operating autonomously in a fast?paced HR environment. You will help shape a high?performing, forward?looking HR function by providing analytical clarity, project momentum, and impeccable delivery standards.
- Partner with the Global Head of HR to translate strategic HR priorities into actionable plans and support day?to?day operational effectiveness.
- Prepare high?quality PowerPoint presentations, briefing materials, and communication documents for senior leadership and governance forums.
- Coordinate and track delivery of HR projects across Talent Development, Leadership & Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, People Experience, and broader organisational initiatives.
- Lead project follow?up: ensure timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment are managed effectively.
- Support internal HR communication, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Serve as a connector across HR teams and business stakeholders to enable smooth execution of key programmes
Profil du candidat
- 5+ years' experience in consulting (People/Org/Transformation), HR project roles, or other strategic/project?driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex topics and deliver polished, executive?ready materials.
- Outstanding PowerPoint skills and strong written communication; able to translate ideas into compelling narratives.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with comfort navigating shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions?oriented, with a high sense of ownership and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French.
