For our division Orthopedics, based in Yverdon-les-Bains, Muntelier or Hölstein, we are looking for a
Head NPI Project Management (a)
What we are looking for:
- Lead and develop a team of 7–10 NPI Project Managers based in Switzerland and the US, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Drive the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process for orthopedic medical devices, from concept through industrialization to commercialization
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory requirements (MDR, FDA, etc.)
- Partner closely with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and key customers to ensure seamless cross-functional execution
- Act as a senior interface to customers, aligning technical requirements, clarifying expectations, and ensuring successful project outcomes
What makes you a great fit:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related technical field
- Strong leadership experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and cross-functional project portfolio management within the orthopedic or broader medical device industry
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams in an international matrix environment
- Fluency in English; strong German skills required, French considered a plus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally
