We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to support the global C&B strategy of an international company. The role focuses on compensation governance, salary reviews, global benefits analysis, and policy coordination across multiple business units.
International company based in Geneva.
Description
- Lead C&B projects and processes end-to-end, ensuring consistency across regions and functions.
- Collect and manage compensation and benefits data across global entities; provide reports and insights based on analytics.
- Support salary reviews, bonus cycles, and other core reward processes.
- Coordinate with regional and local HR teams to ensure adherence to global C&B policies and guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date records of senior leaders' compensation and benefit packages.
- Track compliance with internal compensation processes and perform quality checks on data received from agencies.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and updating of global HR policies and compensation frameworks.
- Provide ad hoc support to HR leadership and senior stakeholders with data, analysis, and insights.
Profile
Must-Have Experience & Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards.
- Excellent understanding of salary structures, reward processes, and international benefits.
- High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; comfortable handling detailed and operational work at volume.
- Able to manage projects end-to-end and coordinate with teams without direct authority.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a large, global organization.
- Hands-on approach with strong Excel and data management skills.
- Exposure to HR tools and systems.
