About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), across both the B2B and B2C sides of our ecosystem.
Your mission: to acquire, activate, engage and retain our customer base through data-driven lifecycle strategies, impactful digital campaigns and continuous optimization of performance metrics.
You'll play a key role in transforming how thousands of companies and hundreds of thousands of employees interact with the Swibeco platform every day. The role is based in Lausanne or Zurich, reporting to the CMO.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute full-funnel growth strategies, from acquisition to retention, to increase CLV and engagement across all user segments.
- Combine acquisition and lifecycle expertise to grow the overall customer base and maximize the value of existing clients and users.
- Map and optimize customer journeys, identifying opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and re-engagement.
- Develop audience segmentation and scoring models to identify high-value users and trigger relevant campaigns, in collaboration with Head of B&B Growth from Commercial team.
- Build, test and scale multi-channel CRM automations (email, push, in-app, etc.) that fuel activation, engagement and long-term loyalty.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics, CAC, activation rate, retention, CLV, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Data and Sales teams to align tracking, reporting and insights across all channels.
- Ensure accurate analytics and campaign tracking, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager,Hubspot, Salesforce or equivalent.
- Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across all lifecycle and growth campaigns.
- Translate business goals into actionable growth experiments and measurable marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital, growth, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Proven success in driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven marketing.
- Solid experience in CRM automation, funnel optimization and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, analytics and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio).
- Strong understanding of messaging strategy and content performance metrics, able to brief and guide creative teams effectively.
- A doer mentality: from strategic thinking to flawless execution.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- You speak English and either French or German fluently and if you master all three, that's a big plus!
