We have an exciting opportunity in our Legal Department. We offer the opportunity to become part of a young performing team, in a stimulating working environment combining a friendly, casual atmosphere with cutting-edge technologies and a great diversity of tasks.

As a Market Surveillance Officer, you will be part of the Market Compliance Function of the Bank. Among others, your tasks will typically be the following:

• Monitor clients’ securities trading activities
• Identify and analyse potential prohibited market conduct (insider trading and market manipulation)
• Investigate alerts generated by surveillance systems
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and counterparties

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or from an Institute of Technology
• Good knowledge of English and French
• SIX or Eurex trading licenses is a plus
• Familiar with financial markets and trading activities
• Self-motivated and passionate about macroeconomics and the financial industry
• Strong teamworking and collaboration skills
• Ability to monitor your own workload and meet work objectives
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure

Ideally, this position is planned as a full-time role (100%). However, we remain open to candidates seeking a workload between 60% and 100%. For part-time arrangements, the contract duration may be extended accordingly.
