Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Pro 100%. The role is temporary for a year.

Your mission:

• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and feedback with speed and expertise.

• Provide timely and accurate information on product availability and delivery status.

• Collaborate with various internal teams to meet customer needs.

• Handle the processing of invoices, credit orders, and product returns.

• Support data management and documentation to ensure compliance.

• Contribute to process improvements and participate in special projects.

What you bring:

• A commercial or administrative diploma.

• Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.

• Fluency in English is required; excellent German and/or French skills are a significant advantage.

• You are adaptable, communicative, and able to work effectively under pressure.
