re you a customer service professional with a passion for excellence? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our client's team on a temporary basis to ensure smooth and professional customer interactions.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Pro 100%. The role is temporary for a year.
Your mission:

Manage customer inquiries, orders, and feedback with speed and expertise.

Provide timely and accurate information on product availability and delivery status.

Collaborate with various internal teams to meet customer needs.

Handle the processing of invoices, credit orders, and product returns.

Support data management and documentation to ensure compliance.

Contribute to process improvements and participate in special projects.
Qualifikationen
What you bring:

A commercial or administrative diploma.

Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role.

Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.

Fluency in English is required; excellent German and/or French skills are a significant advantage.

You are adaptable, communicative, and able to work effectively under pressure.
