The Strategic Partnerships department at EHL is responsible for developing and managing collaborations with key industry, academic, and institutional partners. It identifies opportunities that align with EHL’s strategic goals and enhances its global influence and impact. The department fosters long-term relationships that support innovation, research, student opportunities, and brand visibility. Through strong partnerships, it contributes to the growth and excellence of EHL’s educational ecosystem.

What will you do?
- Manage a global portfolio of up to 50 active members , cultivate relationships through effective communication and engagement activities, understand their needs and expectations, and identify opportunities for relationship expansion.
- Generate leads to increase the number of internships and job offers available to students on the Asian Market by building synergies with our Singapore Campus.
- Facilitate global communication with active members, Brand Ambassadors and students.
- Work closely with internal teams to elevate the visibility and impact of the EHL Alliance and support organization of member events.
- Maintain communication with active sponsors, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and maximize their brand visibility through collaborative efforts.
- Lead promotion of the program, manage recruitment and onboarding of students, and identify opportunities to enhance the program visibility and engagement.
- Co-manage organization of the bi-annual EHL Group Career Fair (budgeting, marketing and promotion, logistics and operations, registration and attendee management, and on-site management).
- Ensure seamless coordination and participation of employers/members, sponsors, and students.
- Serve as business partner within the department, handling purchasing orders and invoices.
- Collaborate with finance team to maintain financial accuracy.
- Co-manage email address by addressing employers’ recruitment needs, inquiries, or concerns with timely and effective responses.
- Coordinate with our Student Assistant the organization of the Graduation ceremonies in terms of prize giving and VIP welcoming.
- Maintain and update entries in CRM, HubSpot.
Who you are?
- You have bachelor degree in business management or relevant field.
- You have a good understanding of the field.
- You have experience in project & event management.
- You have knowledge in business & Industry.
- You have excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization as well as with external partners.
- You have methodical and structured analytical & performance monitoring skills.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- You are open-minded with great interpersonal skill.
- You are a hospitality oriented and a team player.
- You are fluent in French and in English (C2).
