Task:

• Customer Focused Support: Provide top-tier in-person customer support, effectively communicating with drivers, earners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
• Drive Growth: Proactively engage with drivers, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Uber and facilitating new sign-ups.
• Support Success: Offer continuous support to our drivers and help them maximize their earnings by addressing challenges and providing valuable resources.
• Problem-Solving Expertise: Be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, offering actionable feedback to improve processes and policies, while supporting operational monitoring in real-time.
• Event Planning & Execution: Assist with organizing local events and promotional activities to engage and energize the community.
