Description

• Lead and manage a growing infrastructure team
• Oversee infrastructure operations across both on-premises and cloud environments (Azure), ensuring stability, sclalability and performance
• Support and guide the hybrid deployment of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between infrastructure strategy and business needs
• Helping the organization transition away from legacy systems
• Ensure operational readiness of core services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint online
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture

Profile

• Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead, mentor and grow a technical team in a dynamic environment
• Strong background in infrastructure, including both on-premises systems and cloud platforms (azure) with the ability to oversee operations and guide strategic decisions
• General understanding of other IT domains, such as software development, to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Very good level of English - French is a plus
• High level of accountability and ownership with a genuine commitment to team success and operational excellence
