Position Summary
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide proactive and high-quality support to two Vice Presidents overseeing the Middle Americas and North America regions, as well as their teams.
A Day in the Life of a Senior Administrative Assistant
Provide efficient and timely support to two Vice Presidents and their teams by managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars
Handle the organization and preparation of important daily, monthly & yearly meetings and events involving senior leaders; coordinate visits & workshops with Markets
Manage travel arrangements & process travel expenses in line with the Nestlé Policy
Manage administrative processes: reporting, purchase orders, etc.
Act as backup for other senior assistants within the Zone
What will make you successful
Proven experience as a Senior Assistant supporting senior leaders
Strong understanding of North American and Latin American cultures
Ability to adapt communication styles to effectively engage diverse audiences across regions.
Trustworthy and capable of thriving in a multicultural and dynamic environment
Flexible and agile in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Digitally savvy with a strong command of MS Office tools and Concur
Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage
