Fund Portfolio Coordinator

We are seeking a Fund Portfolio Coordinator (Temporary)

Role Overview

Provide business, coordination, and operational support to regional and country portfolio teams. The role supports stakeholder engagement, data and information management, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and grant"‘related processes across the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements

Support grant"‘related data, documentation, and digital systems

Track deliverables, budgets, and progress updates

Manage travel planning and logistics

Support team operations and onboarding

Profile

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience in coordination, portfolio, or business support roles

Experience supporting grant"‘related processes

Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills

Excellent English; strong MS Office and digital tools skills
