We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a CEO. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and discretion, as you will be managing complex schedules and handling sensitive information. Start date is ASAP and for 8 months.
Our client is an international financial company.
Missions
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage meetings, both in-person and virtually, ensuring smooth scheduling and preparation.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and prioritize complex calendars, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize time and commitments.
- Team Support: Provide scheduling assistance to other team members when required, ensuring alignment across agendas.
- Administrative Arrangements: Handle various bookings such as appointments, reservations, and transportation logistics with discretion and efficiency.
- Travel Management: Plan and execute comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, ground transfers, and detailed itineraries.
- Expense & Financial Administration: Process expense reports and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
