As part of a Europe-wide enterprise group, Dadco operates in Switzerland from its offices in Lausanne. We are involved in property ownership, mining, mineral production and mineral sales and trading.
We are looking to increase our activities in other areas of business.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Full Time
In very close contact with our sales managers and our CEO, you start to learn the business related to alumina-based chemicals. You establish relationship with our customers worldwide active in the chemical and ceramic industries. Once the learning process is completed, you will define strategies based on your customer’s needs and help them achieve their goals. To fulfil your mission, you have full support of the Swiss back office and of the refinery technicians as well as the senior management to whom you report.
The Position:
- Strategic Relationship Management (building trust, understanding client needs, advising),
- Account Planning and Strategy (developing account plans, identifying opportunities, contract negotiation)
- Cross-Functional Coordination (internal leadership, advocating for the client),
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting (tracking KPIs, business reviews, issue resolution),
- Marketing and Market Intelligence (Market and Competitor Monitoring, Industry Trend Analysis, Strategic Positioning and Feedback, Industry Representation),
- Sales and logistic reporting.
Yourself:
- University graduate with 5-7 years experience in import/export office and/or international customer service roles.
- Fluent, written and verbal, in English and German.
- Very strong soft-skills and professionalism.
- Efficient, creative and self-governed describe you best.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
- Willingness to contribute across all levels of tasks.
- Respectful verbal and non-verbal communication, thoroughness, energy, ability to work unsupervised, initiative and team skills are desired personal attributes.
