Description
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle for a large headquarters population
- Lead recruitment and personnel sourcing in close collaboration with operational managers
- Analyze staffing needs, select candidates, negotiate compensation, and prepare employment contracts
- Act as a coach and consultant to managers on leadership, team development, and people decisions
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within the assigned population
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Organize and oversee annual performance evaluation and talent management processes, including follow-up actions
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and change initiatives
- Handle disciplinary measures, warnings, and contract terminations in compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
- Support internal HR-related communication initiatives
- Assist managers in sensitive discussions, conflict resolution, and performance management by defining action plans, drafting reports, and ensuring follow-up
- Proactively contribute ideas related to employer branding, employee retention, team building, and HR process optimization
Profile
- Commercial or business-oriented educational background, ideally with a degree in economics
- Mandatory further education or certification in Human Resources
- Several years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner or generalist role
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and multicultural environments
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with senior management and HR leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
- High level of flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
- Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English, French and German, is required
