The Undergraduate School Marketing department at EHL is responsible for promoting the institution's undergraduate programs globally. It designs and implements strategic campaigns to highlight EHL’s unique educational offerings and career opportunities. The team uses digital, print, and event-based channels to engage prospective students and their influencers. Through branding and storytelling, it showcases EHL's excellence and leadership in hospitality education.

The mission of the Marketing Officer is to ensure our marketing assets are consistently up-to-date and aligned with our brand standards. You will handle the procurement and quality control of merchandising items, coordinate digital advertising initiatives and support content marketing. This position offers a unique opportunity to work independently while collaborating closely with recruitment, communications, and marketing teams across the School.
What will you do?
- Ensure that all marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, inserts, floor roll-ups, and landing pages are kept up to date.
- Manage goodies and merchandising by liaise with suppliers, propose new items, process orders, and follow internal guidelines.
- Oversee stock and storage of marketing assets, and manage the end-to-end purchase order process from supplier quotation to goods delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure quality control and timely delivery.
- Support digital advertising efforts by updating assets such as ad copy, banners, and promotional videos.
- Assist in content production by coordinating with internal stakeholders such as students, faculty, and industry partners.
- Contribute to content marketing projects by helping create written, visual, and video content.
- Ensure that shared team drives and asset management tools are consistently organized, maintained, and kept up to date.
- Ensure that recruitment team members are always informed and equipped with the most up-to-date materials.
- Organize international shipments of recruitment materials and support teams abroad by creating, updating, and maintaining sales PowerPoint presentations as needed.
Who you are?
- You have a bachelor degree or a diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mediamatics or related fields.
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.
- You have good knowledge of design tools such as inDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator and Canva.
- You have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- You are detailed oriented and have the ability to work independently.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
- You have knowledge in CRM and DAM tools a plus.
- You have a passion for photography, film making, editing a plus.
- Fluent in both English and French (C1).
