During your 12-month internship, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the Global Talent and Culture processes. As part of the strategic HR team, you will actively participate in international projects and even take responsibility for smaller projects yourself.

Your tasks

• Collaboration in international HR projects focusing on the topics Talent and Culture
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global performance and talent processes
• Learning coordination and development of digital learning content for the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist in planning and executing culture and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business psychology or comparable subjects
• Advanced English skills (spoken and written); German is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Proactive and structured way of working with strong analytical skills
• Eager to learn and capable of implementing ideas independently
• Availability: as of now for 12 months
