Job Title: Territory Sales Representative
Department: Sales
Reporting to: Territory Development Leader
What you will do
- Drive direct sales operations to meet area volume and distribution goals
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and develop customer base in assigned territory
- Work closely with Territory Development Leader, Territory Consumer Lead, and Territory Executive Representative to expand consumer base and implement strategic plans
Who we are looking for
- Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduates are welcome to apply!
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, distribution and trade marketing experience.
- Passionate about achieving both individual and team goals
- Demonstrates a strong desire and ability to learn
- Adaptable, flexible, and open to change
- Drivers’ license (B2 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women, who do not hold a drivers’ license
