Mandated by our client, our team Gi Life Sciences is looking for a Supply Chain and Customer Service Specialist in the region of Neuchâtlel.
Start date : December 1, 2025
Duration : 1 year
Location : Neuchâtel
Tasks :
- Organize transport between manufacturing sites, 3PL and clients
- Coordinate import/export activities and issue required shipping documents
- Manage returns and rework at supply sites, ensuring cost recovery from appropriate parties
- Report transport incidents and liaise with the global transport team
- Receive and accurately process supplier invoices and toll charges
- Resolve price discrepancies and payment requests
- Issue invoices to markets and provide documentation for financial audits
- Meet the end-of-month and year-end reporting deadlines
- Liaise with quality control for product testing, publication and generation of certificates of analysis (CoA)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, EHS and security procedures
- Perform all SAP transactions in a compliant and timely manner
- Support product launches, redeployments, allocations and change controls
- Maintain master data, including customer profiles, contracts, information records and source lists
- Ensure that customers and supply sites comply with toll and commercial rules
- Collaborate with external manufacturing organizations on the implementation of a new procurement model
- Perform end-of-month inventory reviews with 3PLs and CMOs
- Provide accurate documentation and support for internal and external audits
- Perform all activities in accordance with good distribution practices
Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in supply chain management, business administration or related field
- Mastery of supply chain standards and best practices
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry, within a multinational supply chain management environment
- In-depth knowledge of distribution processes in the supply chain
- Proven experience in working with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics providers (3PL), particularly for export and import operations of products
- Languages: English (Fluent)
