Your responsibilities
Provide upon request administrative support to each executive, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings and conferences.
Coordinate all the travel arrangements before and after are with in current guidance.
Keep to date Org. Charts, Distribution list and all information required in the MS team platform.
Support the respective V&A Leaders in specific events with logistics and general admin task.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
Onboarding and offboarding of team members (upon request).
Coordinate and manage events and conferences, including logistics, venue selection, and vendor coordination upon request.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements. (optional)
Ensure that requests are managed in a timely manner.
Support the POM managing the Budget tracking for each of the teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or Commercial Training, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with all levels of the organization.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work demands.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
