For one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are looking for a
Customer Service Representative (H/F)
Temporary position - 100%
Description du poste
Order Handling
- Manage daily, all customer consumable orders processed in various modules: Oracle, Kofax and eBusiness.
- Follow-up the next day the order status (hold, low supply, stock-out, etc...) for appropriate action in case of specific status.
- Monitor/amend interfaced standing orders as required.
- Raise Non Conformities (NC) as per requirements.
- Issue/coordinate Credits; Rebills; Returns linked to customer consumable orders as per requirements.
- Maintain/amend pricing agreements preventing customer consumable orders being processed.
- nvestigate and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility.
Customer Management
- Managing customers inquiries such as pricing, stock availability, delivery, order status and product information.
- Handle credit notes and customer and take appropriate actions based on CSC process.
- Highlight procedures and work instructions corrections and/or updates to your direct report if required.
- Ensure appropriate communication is shared between customers and field operations.
- Contribution to Daily Management (DM) ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives.
E-Business
- Maintain and control customer database (Book/Ship Notification; etc...).
- E-Business customer setup (Incl. Onboarding).
- E-Order optimization.
- Customer communication - integrations.
- E-Invoicing Coordination.
- E-Business Troubleshooting.
- DxOne - Three60 (CMI) Support.
- Preferably with experience in a customer support center and/or with customer service administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Language skills: Fluent German (C1 minimum), English (C1 minimum). Any other European language is an asset.
- Urgency focused - Focus on critical deliverables and high priority assignments, owns a sense of urgency and prioritizations.
