The Mission
This is a 360-degree role. You aren't just "doing the books"; you are building the financial infrastructure of a modern global trading entity. Your day-to-day will involve:

ERP Evolution: Taking the lead on the configuration and adaptation of Odoo, ensuring the system scales as the business grows.

Total Financial Ownership: Managing the full accounting cycle?from daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations to the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.

Global Compliance: Navigating the complexities of both Swiss and EU VAT, corporate tax filings, and pension administration.

Operational Backbone: Supporting the business across multiple functions, including HR administration (employment contracts, permit applications) and IT coordination.

Strategic Support: Analyzing business models to recommend cost-effective compliance and the minimization of taxes.
Qualifikationen
Who You Are
We are looking for a "nearly there" professional who has the technical foundations but lacks the "startup seat" to prove their impact.

The Credentials: You have completed a commercial education with further training in accounting, taxation, or fiduciary services (Fachfrau/Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen or Treuhand).

The Languages: You are fully fluent in both oral and written German and English. This is essential for handling local Swiss regulations and global business partners.

Technical Edge: You are comfortable with Swiss accounting standards (OR) and have a proven background in month-end and year-end closings.

The Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in a cross-cultural environment and isn't afraid to take on administrative tasks to help the team win.
