DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION PROFIL ATTENDU
- Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for senior leadership.
- Organise meetings, travel, and related logistics.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Draft meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal teams.
- Coordinate information flow and document sharing.
- Support communication with external partners when needed.
- Maintain well-structured and up-to-date files and records.
- Coordinate document signatures, approvals, and archiving.
- Support internal processes and approval workflows.
- Provide organisational support on cross-functional and international projects.
Requirements:
- Training in business administration or executive support is an advantage.
- 7–10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in an international corporate environment.
- Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
