Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in manufacturing, quality, R&D, automation, and maintenance.
• Source and assess candidates through interviews, CV screening, and technical evaluations.
• Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
• Conduct business development to expand your client portfolio.
• Write and publish job advertisements tailored to specific roles.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.

Profile

• Degree from an engineering school or experience in a technical environment.
• Strong interest in recruitment and commercial activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Willing to be based in Geneva (4 days a week).
