Sales and Consulting Senior Manager - Europe
How you can help ITX
- Develop and demonstrate expertise in ITX’s services and value proposition to its clients
- Promote ITX’s brand solutions in European markets
- Create and maintain a pipeline of promising target clients
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, identifying their organizational needs and priorities
- Align internally with the CSMO on possible services to be proposed to the prospect, as well as pricing and timelines
- Lead the development of sales proposals and subsequent negotiations, involving the relevant leaders, if necessary (CSMO, International Mobility Consulting, Expatriate Management, Finance)
- Lead the discussions with the prospect until a formal Service Agreement is signed
- Following the acquisition of new clients, hold regular reviews and discussions with the client to identify new/evolving needs and propose new services
- Monitor the overall satisfaction and feedback of existing clients and prospects in the relevant European markets and brief the CSMO immediately about any dissatisfaction or complaints.
- Ensure that the relevant databases (e.g. Salesforce, Brevo) are accurately and regularly updated, in order to produce accurate reports.
- Provide the necessary education and training to help prospects understand how ITX services can support their needs
- Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and inform the CSMO of any developments that could represent opportunities or threats for ITX
- Identify potential channel partners and establish profitable and effective collaboration agreements (e.g. Referral Agreements).
What you can bring with you to ITX
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in international mobility
- Compensation & Benefits and/or Tax with strong Global Mobility experience within a Big Four or large International Corporation at a senior level.
- Experience in developing and executing sales and channel strategies, defining service requirements and managing successful service commercialization.
- Experience in large contract negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English (proficiency in German and a third EU language would be an advantage).
- Very strong customer focus including follow-up of commercial deliveries and anticipation of prospects' needs.
- Ability to achieve specific sales targets.
- Ability to balance a “sole contributor” sales role with the need to be a team player and coordinate activities with the rest of the organization, in particular with the teams responsible for delivering the services sold.
