Senior Legal & Compliance DACH region - Healthcare industry

Our client is a leading medical devices company headquartered in Geneva, recognized globally for innovation and excellence in healthcare solutions.

Description

• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).
• Support sales and marketing teams on legal matters and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Handle compliance activities including third-party event sponsorship agreements, grant requests, and monitoring (travel, expenses).
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to maintain high standards of legal and ethical conduct.
• Geographic scope: primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in Germany.

Profile

• Swiss?educated lawyer (Bachelor + Master obtained in Switzerland), ideally Swiss?qualified / bar admitted (strong advantage).
• 5-10 years of experience with a solid background in contract law; compliance expertise is a strong asset.
• Proven exposure to the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical devices) is required.
• Languages: French and English required; German is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate within a complex, international organization and manage cross?border legal matters.
