Training and Education Specialist


The Training and Education Specialist will report directly to the Education Director OUS while working closely with the Marketing, Sales, R&D and Clinical departments.

Distributors and Internal Education Programs
• Provide technical assistance to distributors and internal sales representatives in support of surgical cases
• Train sales representatives during internal trainings for direct and non-direct countries
• Provide local field education support with guidance on processes and educational materials
• Lead or assist with all aspects of Spineart Training programs including the development and revision of training materials and online resources and developing training programs for new products
Healthcare Professional Education Programs
• Provide technical support and expertise during corporate and local educational events (hands-on instrumentation sawbones and cadaveric labs)
• Communicate effectively with Spineart Faculty and establish relationships with KOL’s both nationally and internationally
• Collaborate closely with area managers to lead roadshows organization and provide relevant updates on Educational activities if needed
• Manage the logistics and operations of demonstration material for all educational events



• 3 years’ experience in spine surgery and instrumentation (R&D, Sales or Marketing department);
• English and French as fluent skills. German would be a plus.
• Ability to travel regularly and to work flexible hours: approximately 50% of the time is spent to attend off-site trainings/events and with the field sales team
• Professional written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
• Dynamic and flexible
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
