About the job
Your mission
As part of an ambitious digital transformation strategy, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to lead the evolution of the information system, support the modernisation of tools, and foster the development of a genuine digital culture within the organisation.
As a member of the Executive Committee, you define the digital strategy, oversee its implementation, and support teams through technological and organisational transformations.
You supervise the current IT Manager and coordinate external partners to ensure the coherence, performance, and security of the information system.
We are a company of around fifty employees.
Your responsibilities
Strategic management
- Define and implement the digital transformation strategy.
- Translate the Management's directions into an operational roadmap.
- Ensure governance of the information system.
- Define and monitor budgets related to digital transformation.
- Develop performance indicators and dashboards.
- Identify and manage risks related to security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct technological watch and promote digital innovation.
Driving transformation
- Manage projects to modernise the information system.
- Define the target architecture and support its evolution.
- Optimise business applications and internal processes.
- Finalise and consolidate the deployment of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Supervise IT service providers and ensure the quality of delivered services.
- Lead the analysis of needs, selection, and deployment of a future ERP solution.
- Design and coordinate training programmes related to digital technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
- Support users in adopting new tools and practices.

Innovation and digital accessibility
- Develop digital solutions that promote beneficiaries' autonomy.
- Maintain active monitoring of assistive technologies and accessibility solutions.
- Evaluate new tools integrating artificial intelligence.
- Contribute to the development of new high value-added digital services.
- Develop partnerships with sector stakeholders.
Your profile
Education
- Higher education in business informatics, information systems, or an equivalent field (University of Applied Sciences, University, or Master’s degree).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing digital transformation and information system projects.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects.
- Experience in managing teams and external service providers.
- Experience in the associative, public, parapublic, or medico-social sectors is an asset.
Technical skills
- Excellent command of the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, M365 governance).
- Experience in selecting and deploying ERP solutions.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, and cybersecurity.
- Understanding of issues related to generative artificial intelligence.
- Sensitivity to digital accessibility issues is appreciated.
