A Workshop Supervisor - Catering Sector

Valtex Multiservice SA is a social enterprise for integration through economic activity, based in Monthey in Valais. It is active in textile recycling and catering. Valtex Multiservice SA is a company of the CRTO cooperative.

To complete its team, Valtex Multiservice SA is looking for:

Your tasks:

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will manage a team of about ten people undergoing professional reintegration (unemployment insurance, social action, disability insurance) within a kitchen activity. Your main duties are:

• Supporting, training and evaluating participants throughout their placement using appropriate tools, in collaboration with the educational team.
• Supervising and contributing to the production of approximately 25,000 meals per year for the company restaurant, the Monthey secondary school restaurant and other external partners.
• Providing administrative support and back-office operations related to the management and monitoring of the sector's production.

Your profile:

You have proven experience in the field of professional integration and hold a qualification in adult supervision (MSP, social educator, BFFA or equivalent) as well as training in the culinary field.

You demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills, enabling you to structure your work and that of the people you support effectively.

You are proficient with MS Office tools and use them comfortably in your daily practice. You express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in French.

You possess good leadership skills and enjoy teamwork, fostering collaboration and a constructive atmosphere.

You are recognised for your rigour, stress resistance and ability to manage priorities efficiently.
