Development Sector Manager & Product Development

What you accomplish

• Ensure the management and development of the pilot hall
• Support project managers in the design, quality/regulatory compliance and industrialisation of new products
• Optimise processes, equipment and operating methods
• Supervise and develop the team’s skills
• Promote collaboration between R&D, Production, Quality and Maintenance

What you bring

• Education: Higher education
• Specialisation: in food technologies, engineering or process engineering
• Professional experience: Proven experience in product development and/or process engineering
• Experience in management and project management
• Leadership, pragmatism and affinity for process digitalisation
• Comfortable with both a recipe and a process diagram
• Able to link commercial requirements and industrial constraints
• Strong taste for fieldwork and solving technical problems
• Able to unite an experienced team
• French (B2)
• English (B1)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
