Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science from a University of Applied Sciences, ideally complemented by continuing education at DAS level relevant to the role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Upon hiring, it is necessary to provide an extract from the debt collection register and criminal record, as well as proof of equivalence for foreign diplomas.
- On-call duties may be required by management.
- Administer the existing electronic document archiving system (+5 years);
- Knowledge of electronic document management (metadata, standards, lifecycle) (+3 years);
- Mastery of traceability in the document domain (+3 years);
- Apply principles of industrialisation and automation (+3 years);
- Create documentation and knowledge transfer (+3 years);
- Master training of business collaborators (+3 years);
- Ensure the quality of OCSIN infrastructures through object configuration (+1 year);
- Resolve complex problems and incidents (+3 years);
- Master ITIL practices, the Hermès method and know the LIPAD & LArch laws (+1 year).
- Experience with the SAED Datacontent solution deployed across multiple datacentres for over 10,000 users (+3 years);
- Significant experience with Cassandra, Spark, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, AWX would be a plus;
- Linux server skills (+3 years);
- Tomcat application server skills (+3 years);
- Java skills (debugging, JVM configuration, etc.) (+3 years);
- Experience with deployments using Ansible would be a plus;
- Significant experience in managing permissions and authentication/federation mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect) would be a plus.
- Ability to work in a team in a smart-office mode and share knowledge;
- Autonomous, responsible, dynamic and organised;
- Good communication and client orientation;
- Fluency in French, ease in writing and expression;
- Initiative and availability;
- Ability to defend technical choices;
- Good stress resistance and flexible regarding working hours;
- Open to change and able to adapt to OCSIN and State requirements;
- Respect for rules, standards, methods and organisation.
