Job Description

To strengthen our family team at KWS Suisse SA, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as Specialist (m/f/d) Customer Service & Contact Management (40-60%).

In this versatile role, you are the central contact person for our customers, farmers and trading partners in Switzerland. You communicate via our digital platform myKWS, by telephone and e-mail, working closely with internal contacts in Switzerland as well as international KWS teams. As an important interface between customer service, administration and operational processes, you coordinate various tasks and contribute to smooth collaboration within the organisation.

The position is permanent and comprises a workload of 40-60% (approx. 20 hours per week). The workplace will be located in the Zurich / Zurich Oberland region in the future. Currently, our office is still centrally located in Basel, just a few minutes’ walk from Basel SBB station.

Your tasks:

• First point of contact for farmers, trading partners and internal stakeholders by telephone, e-mail and via the myKWS platform

• Support and coordination of general administrative and operational tasks

• Maintenance, management and continuous optimisation of customer data in the CRM system Salesforce

• Coordination and handling of international deliveries, transports as well as customs and export formalities

• Processing orders and supporting administrative processes in SAP S/4HANA

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in administration, business management or office management

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in customer service, internal sales or administration

• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce

• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage

• Training, further education or professional experience in the agricultural sector is a plus

• Very good organisational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working

• High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers and business partners

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• High quality awareness as well as careful and reliable working style

• Initiative, sense of responsibility and the ability to set priorities

• Fluent German, French and English skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland and abroad (approx. 10%)

• Category B driving licence is an advantage
