To strengthen our training team, we are looking for an Expert in Learning Design & Digital Learning for our headquarters in Lausanne. As part of the Campus Vaudoise team, you will play a key role in designing, further developing, and digitising our training and continuing education offerings. As an internal consultant for HR, managers, and subject matter experts, you will translate business requirements into innovative, effective, and practical learning experiences.

The following exciting tasks await you:

• You advise subject matter experts in developing their learning and training strategies as well as in selecting suitable learning formats
• You design and implement learning solutions that meet Vaudoise’s strategic and professional challenges
• You develop modern blended learning concepts and multimodal learning paths (face-to-face training, virtual classrooms, e-learning, microlearning) and ensure their technical implementation
• You ensure the quality of existing learning content and continuously develop e-learnings, videos, learning materials, and knowledge checks according to our quality standards
• You actively monitor new trends in digital learning and examine the targeted use of artificial intelligence to optimise learning processes and content production
• You measure the success of learning measures using relevant KPIs and derive improvement measures for the continuous development of our offerings

This is what sets you apart:

• Higher education in learning design, educational management, digital learning, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in learning design or corporate learning within a company
• Very good knowledge of authoring tools (especially Articulate 360, Canva, etc.) as well as learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone)
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into concrete, practical, and effective learning solutions
• Strong interest in the possibilities of generative AI and its use in the learning and development environment
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills as well as an understanding of the business partner role
• French language skills at level C1 or higher; good German and/or English skills are a great advantage
