- Handling relevant notifications and declarations in the areas of social security and withholding tax
- Administrative support for employees during onboarding, offboarding, and other personnel changes
- Preparation of analyses and reports
- Participation in the further development of HR processes
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of social security and labour law expected
- Confident handling of ERP and payroll systems is required
- Fluent German skills as well as good English and French skills needed
- Active support for training and personal professional development
- Flat hierarchies enable short and efficient decision-making paths

Responsibilities

Profile
- Successfully completed commercial basic training with HR or payroll further education required- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of social security and labour law expected
- Confident handling of ERP and payroll systems is required
- Fluent German skills as well as good English and French skills needed
