What you can contribute
- Handle complex technical and business issues related to the electronic health record (EHR), within the framework of the Swiss Health Data Space (SwissHDS)
- Analyse technical and business problems and develop solution proposals and strategies for implementing the legal requirements of the EHR
- Support the certification and operation of systems managed by the Confederation for the current electronic patient record (EPR) (mainly the certification test system provided by the FOPH)
What makes you unique
- University degree (preferably in computer science, medical informatics or business informatics) and at least seven years of professional experience in the cyberhealth sector
- In-depth knowledge of the technology, development and operation of large-scale IT solutions in the health sector, ideally with experience in procuring such solutions; detailed technical knowledge of the components, technology and architecture of the EPR
- Practical experience in managing complex projects and handling relationships between various stakeholders in the Swiss healthcare system
- Strong interest in the legal and organisational framework of cyberhealth, public services and the political system in Switzerland, with knowledge in these areas
- Quick comprehension skills, organisational sense, autonomous and structured work approach, with a higher than average level of personal responsibility, as well as high stress resistance
- Excellent writing and communication skills, confidence, active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
