Logistics Employee / Stock Manager

Our client, a recognised player in the luxury watchmaking industry located in the heart of the Neuchâtel mountains, has entrusted us with recruiting their future colleague.

As part of strengthening their teams and to meet a long-term need, we are currently looking for a: Logistics Employee / Stock Manager

Your tasks:
- Manage stock entries and exits for internal and external production.
- Ensure the smooth availability of components and finished products according to defined schedules.
- Guarantee the reliability and compliance of all stock movements.
- Manage logistics flows and prepare manufacturing orders (MO).
- Conduct cycle counts of the warehouses.
- Manage unloading docks using handling equipment.

Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma in logistics or equivalent training, an advantage
- Professional experience in a similar role with SAP software usage (prerequisite)
- SUVA forklift licence
- Quality awareness and respect for procedures
- Communication skills, listening ability and team spirit
- Organised, calm, rigorous, and professional conscientiousness
- French level B2 minimum
