- Reception, welcoming and providing information to customers
- Appointment scheduling and managing the calendar
- Receiving and handing over vehicles to customers
- Managing ongoing files
- Checking warranties
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma as After-Sales Advisor or an equivalent qualification
- Federal VET Diploma as mechanic or mechatronics technician or an equivalent qualification
- You have knowledge of light commercial vehicle or automotive mechanics
- You possess well-developed interpersonal skills, welcoming manner, availability, and attentiveness to customers
- You have good IT skills
- Ability to cope with time pressure, stress, and flexibility in difficult situations
- Knowledge of German or English would be an advantage
