In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of a complex, multi-stakeholder project. You will not lead the technical workstream but will play a critical role in driving structure, alignment, and delivery across all contributors.

Missions
- Develop and maintain a detailed project workplan, ensuring alignment with governance timelines and key milestones
- Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of all contributions
- Organise and manage stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, consultations, and high-level interactions
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points for senior leadership and governance forums
- Draft and consolidate documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and readiness for decision-making
- Manage documentation processes, including version control, approval workflows, and distribution
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively escalating where needed
- Support consultation processes by designing tools, collecting inputs, and synthesising feedback
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on all actions, maintaining momentum across the project lifecycle
Profil du candidat
- 8-10 years of experience in project management within international, development, or global health environments
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with tight timelines
- Proven ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including donors, multilateral organisations, and private sector actors
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure and synthesise complex information
- Outstanding drafting skills in English, including presentations, briefing notes, and reports
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Experience working within international organisations or similar environments is highly desirable
