Founded in the early 1990s, this Swiss family SME with around fifty employees designs and supplies technical systems for buildings, specialising in roof waterproofing and sustainable solutions (flat roofs, green roofs, photovoltaic integration). Led by its operational managers, it stands out for its flat hierarchy, responsiveness, and strong commitment to sustainability and biodiversity. Present at several sites in Switzerland (German-speaking Switzerland, French-speaking Switzerland, Ticino) and Europe, it holds a niche leader position and continues to grow. For its French-speaking Swiss region, where you will join an already active team, it is seeking a 100% Sales Advisor

Your tasks with your new employer

• You actively sell products and services
• You maintain client relationships and ensure follow-up with suppliers and partners
• You advise and support your clients in their projects
• You develop new clients in your region
• You acquire projects across the entire product portfolio
• You ensure the follow-up and management of your projects
• You maintain regular exchanges with internal and external interfaces

You offer your new employer

• You come from a technical or craft training background (building sector) and have several years of field experience in French-speaking Switzerland
• You demonstrate good technical representation skills
• You have a taste for client contact and excellent interpersonal skills
• You are autonomous, team-spirited, and strongly client-oriented
• You are a native French speaker and have at least an intermediate level of German
• You hold a driving licence
