MDT Maintenance Dépannage Technique SA, a company of the Gruyère Énergie Group, is continuing its development. To strengthen our team of five passionate professionals, recognised for their team spirit and their ability to find solutions in an excellent working atmosphere, we are looking for a:
HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F) at 100%
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be particularly responsible for:
- Ensuring maintenance and repair service (after-sales service) according to the established schedule,
- Participating in the commissioning of HVAC installations,
- Carrying out small HVAC sanitation and renovation works: replacement of devices, interventions on various systems (pumps, valves, softeners, water treatment systems, etc.),
- Ensuring after-sales service and maintenance of energy production installations such as heat pumps, wood chip or pellet boilers, refrigeration installations, etc.,
- Performing periodic maintenance in accordance with maintenance contracts,
- Participating in the on-call service according to the established schedule,
- Representing the company to our customers with professionalism, a sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills.
YOUR PROFILE
You are motivated by this challenge and identify with the following profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a heating installer, refrigeration fitter or HVAC maintenance technician, or equivalent training,
- Proven experience in a similar role,
- Good knowledge of HVAC hydraulics and regulation; skills in refrigeration are a real asset,
- Permit for handling refrigerant fluids (an advantage),
- Autonomous, rigorous and organised person, with a strong sense of responsibility,
- Team spirit, customer orientation and a taste for problem-solving.
